Empowerment Awards were handed out by the Women’s Clinicians Network in August 2020 to celebrate individuals who had empowered others during the challenging time of COVID19. The recipients were members of the MDT ranging from Consultants, junior doctors, nurses and managers.
Each individual stepped up during difficult times and supported each other with compassion and care.
