This workshop was delivered in June 2021 addressing bullying and harassment within the NHS. Sadly this is prolific within the NHS which is perverse in a profession that should be caring and compassionate. Data with the consequences of such cultures was presented. We acquired knowledge around Implicit bias as well Strategies of Bystanding including the 5D’s. Micro aggressions and how to stand up and speak up were rehearsed.
