Women Empowering Women In Medicine Conference

The inaugural launch of the Women Empowering Women In Medicine movement began in 2019. This free first conference attracted over 100 delegates, including babies. Our Key note speaker President of the Medical Women Federation Prof Henrietta Bowden Jones OBE shared her phenomenal journey as a women in medicine.
Sessions included teaching, management and research careers underpinned with role modelling and representation. Sexual harassment was addressed with a safe space for all to raise concerns.
The conference included merchandise and massages for all launching a movement that unites women to best the best version of themselves whilst paving the way for the women coming behind them.
